"As per the norm, DJs flock to big cities in order to get into the hustle and bustle of their countries' music industry, being one among many trying to carve a space for themselves in an often very competitive market. This is not the case for Clyde Harris, the American-Filipino hailing from Bacolod, who travels the Philippines and the region, focusing on building the scene outside of the main hubs Manila and Cebu. He is starting from the ground up, bringing house and techno to crowds and cities that often aren't very in touch with what is going on in the capital, where most movements start. He gave us the lowdown on his experiences and delivered a great mix of house and techno, showcasing what he plays when touring around the lesser known parts of the Philippines."
