Inverness Hospitals Broadcasting Service SCIO, known as Highland Hospital Radio, has been broadcasting since November 1970 providing entertainment and information to patients of the Royal Northern Infirmary and later Raigmore Hospital in Inverness. Inverness Hospital Radio now broadcasts 24/7 from their dedicated studios at Raigmore to the patients and to listeners across the whole NHS Highland area.
