navatar

navatar is a progressive and melodic DJ with over two decades behind the decks. His first major residency was at Sutra, Grand Ashok Hotel (Bangalore), playing packed nights mid-week through weekends. While studying Electronics Engineering, DJing evolved from house parties into a serious pursuit, with early residencies at Alibi Restobar playing rock and funky retro.

He went on to play at Bangalore clubs including Zero-G, Papparazi, Insomnia and Geoffreys, before stepping into techno and tech-house in 2005. Influenced by PROFF, Sasha, John Digweed, Richie Hawtin, Gui Boratto and Jody Wisternoff, his sound today focuses on deep, patient builds and long-form musical journeys.
