Since 1998, Dustin Hodges (AKA DJ Zero One) has been a multi-genre DJ and producer with a passion for underground culture. Hailing from Long Beach, CA, Zero One was influenced by hip hop, soul, and funk of past eras. As a DJ, he has opened up for many acts including Raekwon, Gravediggaz, The Liks, Dogg Pound, KRS-One, Chino XL, Planet Asia, Defari and more.
In 2008, he and production partner John Massey(under the moniker Dysposable Heroes) put out "Genius Vs. Genius" a now classic mash-up album of Ray Charles and the Gza, which to date has over 20K downloads.
His studio/remix/engineering credits include: Killah Priest, Akil from J-5, DJ Vadim, Ed O.G., 2-Mex and Life Rexall from the shapeshifters, LD and Ariano, The Gutterwriters, and many more.
Currently he is working with So Cal rapper Castor Pollux from Gutter Water Music on a number of projects.
